Mission:

CEMHC is a community base agency who services elderly, veterans, homeless individuals, and individuals who challenges the epidemic of mental health, substance/alcohol abuse and HIV/AIDS (trauma, stigma, judgement). We continue to set the standard with a qualified, strong, knowledgeable, caring team who understands that the individuals we serve needs the tools to be better informed through education, training, communication, empathy, unity, intervention and prevention. This allows them to become self-sufficient individuals emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and spiritually.
